Cancellation & Returns

To offer complete peace of mind while ordering at Curae Health, customer can return all items ordered through the website – www.curaehealth.in, adhering to the following conditions.

RETURN

'Return' is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the Buyer to the Seller on the website – www.curaehealth.in.

CANCELLATION

Customer can cancel the order for the product by mailing at curae@curaehealth.in till the order is not shipped. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled, then it has to go through the return procedure.

PERIOD OF VALIDITY FOR RETURN

If the customer wants to return the products ordered, they would have to write a mail with the subject “Product Return” at curae@curaehealth.in within 10 days of the receipt of products by the courier company with the reason why the customer wants to return the products.

PROCEDURE FOR CANCELLATION

  • Customer has to write a mail at curae@curaehealth.in
  • They would have to mention “Product Cancellation”
  • They would have to mention the reason for cancelling the order.
  • If the products have not been dispatched by the company till the “Product Cancellation” mail is received, then the company will confirm the customer within 3 days of receipt of mail confirming the cancellation.
  • Then the refund will be initiated to the bank and the refund will be made within 10 days of confirmation of cancellation by the company.

ELEGIBILITY FOR RETURN

To be eligible for a return

  • The items must be unused
  • The Box packaging should be intact
  • The Blisters/Bottle seal should not be broken
  • The products should not have been tampered
  • Original invoice is mandatory to be returned with the consignment
  • In case the Product(s) returned by the customer does not fulfill the above conditions then the company will not be liable for the return of products.

PROCEDURE FOR RETURN

  • Customer has to write a mail at curae@curaehealth.in
  • They would have to mention “Product Cancellation” in the subject of the mail.
  • They would have to mention the reason for cancellation of the order.
  • Once the company registers their cancellation on record, they will initiate and order cancellation and request the customer to courier the purchased order.
  • The customer has to then courier the purchased order adhering to the conditions mentioned above in the conditions for return and mail the courier details on the mail id- cuare@curaehealth.in
  • Once the products have been received at the company’s end, they are subject to check by our team within 10 days of receipt of material by the company.
  • Once the team is satisfied with the condition of the items returned, they will confirm the customer about acceptance of return and refund will be initiated.
  • The customer will get the refund credited to their account within 15 days after the confirmation by our team.
  • The decision by our team will be final and non-challengeable in court.

RETURN NON-ACCEPTANCE CONDITIONS

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • Any wrong ordering or partially consumed strips or products do not qualify for return.
  • Anything missing from the package related to the product including price tags, labels, invoice, original packing of product, parcel box, freebies and accessories.
  • Product is damaged due to misuse or Incidental damage by the customer.
  • Any consumable item that has been used or the seal is broken.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.

RESERVED RIGHTS

  • Curae Health reserves the right to cancel any orders that our courier partners are unable to accept and service due to certain reasons.
  • Non-availability of the product ordered by you
  • Non-availability of the quantities ordered by you
  • Any other reason beyond the control of Curae Health
